A study by U.S. psychology professor Albert Mehrabian concluded that words are only 7% responsible for the overall impression a person makes on his or her conversation partner. The tone of voice counts for 38% and body language for 55%. For meaningful and effective communication, all three forms of communication would have to be “congruent.”

We can only partially influence our body language, because we send many signals unconsciously.

Body language is the outward expression of our inner being.

Our personal experiences, our self-image, our body perception, even our values and desires – all these factors are expressed in our posture.

Horses communicate 90% non-verbally. They are experts in this field. In this seminar the horses help us to train our self-awareness with their feedback. They mirror us through their behavior and thus help us to reflect our body language. In a small group, in a respectful, appreciative atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to look into this mirror without being disturbed and to feel within yourself. It takes courage to see yourself as you are. This is the beginning of recognizing yourself and accepting yourself as you are. The foundation for self-love, self-healing and growth. The better we perceive ourselves and our own emotions, the better we can go into change.

The seminar is created for all people who are interested in learning more about themselves and horses. No previous experience is required. Beginners and advanced students are equally welcome. Each participant is individually supervised and supported. We offer you what YOU need to grow at your pace.

The seminar takes place in a small group with a maximum of 8 participants. This allows us to ensure high quality and individual attention. We will be working with the Liberty Ranch horses. Participation with your own horse is also possible by arrangement.

We attach great importance to the fact that you can feel comfortable with us, in a pleasant ambience and warm atmosphere. Therefore, during the lunch break, there will be “home-cooked meals” with organic products and home-grown produce from the Liberty Ranch garden. Coffee, tea and water is unlimited. There is limited possibility to stay overnight on the farm or in a nearby guesthouse. Contact us, we will be happy to help you.
